Italian Vinaigrette

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to watch

California Olive Ranch Italian Vinaigrette scores 87/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

California Olive Ranch Italian Vinaigrette lists 15 ingredients, starting with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Red Wine Vinegar, Organic Parmesan Cheese, Organic Lemon Juice Concentrate and Dried Garlic. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 87/100 California Olive Ranch Italian Vinaigrette sits in our top band, among the better salad dressings we have scored. A higher-scoring option in salad dressings is Bragg Organic Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade, 12 fl oz at 92/100.
