Burt's Bees Honey Flavored Lip Care Cream

Breakdown

3 ingredients to avoid

Burt's Bees Honey Flavored Lip Care Cream scores 61/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Burt's Bees Honey Flavored Lip Care Cream lists 12 ingredients, starting with Cera Alba, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Lanolin and Aroma. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 61/100 Burt's Bees Honey Flavored Lip Care Cream lands mid-scale — below the typical score in lip balm & care, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in lip balm & care is Dr. Bronner's Organic Lip Balm - Orange Ginger at 100/100.
