Beeswax Lip Balm Original Peppermint

Breakdown

2 ingredients to avoid

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Original Peppermint scores 70/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Original Peppermint lists 12 ingredients, starting with Beeswax, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Mentha Piperita Oil and Lanolin. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 70/100 Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Original Peppermint sits in our top band, among the better lip balm & care we have scored. A higher-scoring option in lip balm & care is Dr. Bronner's Organic Lip Balm - Orange Ginger at 100/100.
