BULLDOG Peppermint & Eucalyptus Shower Gel

Breakdown

2 ingredients to avoid

BULLDOG Peppermint & Eucalyptus Shower Gel scores 29/100 on Tallow — our avoid band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

BULLDOG Peppermint & Eucalyptus Shower Gel lists 7 ingredients, starting with Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Methyl Oleoyl Taurate, Sodium Pca and Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 29/100 BULLDOG Peppermint & Eucalyptus Shower Gel scores worse than most body wash & soap we have scored. A higher-scoring option in body wash & soap is Kiss My Face Pure Olive Oil Bar Soap Fragrance Free at 100/100.
