Bolletje Pretzel Sticks Salted Extra Thin

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to watch

Bolletje Pretzel Sticks Salted Extra Thin scores 83/100 on Tallow — our clean band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Bolletje Pretzel Sticks Salted Extra Thin lists 6 ingredients, starting with Wheat Flour, Salt, Emulsifiers: Lecithins [soy], Wheat Malt Flour and Acidity Regulator (E524) - Sodium Hydroxide. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 83/100 Bolletje Pretzel Sticks Salted Extra Thin sits in our top band, among the better chips & crisps we have scored. A higher-scoring option in chips & crisps is Late July Thin & Crispy Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips at 95/100.
