Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash

Breakdown

4 ingredients to avoid

Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash scores 43/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash lists 12 ingredients, starting with Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol and Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 43/100 Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash lands mid-scale — below the typical score in hand soap, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in hand soap is Natural Sense Pure Castile Soap Peppermint at 97/100.
