Abby's Kitchen Organic Ranch Dressing

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 1 ingredient to avoid

Abby's Kitchen Organic Ranch Dressing scores 68/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

Abby's Kitchen Organic Ranch Dressing lists 13 ingredients, starting with Water, Organic Soybean Oil, Organic Vinegar, Organic Egg Yolk and Salt. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 68/100 Abby's Kitchen Organic Ranch Dressing lands mid-scale — below the typical score in salad dressings, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in salad dressings is Bragg Organic Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade, 12 fl oz at 92/100.
