Organic Ranch Dressing

Breakdown

Ultra-processed · 2 ingredients to avoid

365 Whole Foods Market Organic Ranch Dressing scores 60/100 on Tallow — our okay band. That number comes from what is on the label: the ingredients, how processed it is, and what it is packaged in. It is not a verdict on your diet — Tallow does not weigh calories, portion size or how often you eat it, so a high score means the ingredients are clean, not that the food is unlimited.

365 Whole Foods Market Organic Ranch Dressing lists 25 ingredients, starting with Water, Organic Expeller Pressed Soybean Oil, Organic Buttermilk, Organic Cane Sugar and Sea Salt. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, so the first few make up most of what you are eating.

At 60/100 365 Whole Foods Market Organic Ranch Dressing lands mid-scale — below the typical score in salad dressings, but clear of the bottom band. A higher-scoring option in salad dressings is Ocean's Halo Ocean's Halo Tangy Thai Dressing - 12oz at 95/100.
