Togo's publishes no ingredient statements, but its dressings trace to Ken's Foods SKUs whose labels are public: the ranch and mayo are soybean oil based, and about 94 of 185 dishes touch one. The ranch also carries MSG and EDTA, and the Caesar has polysorbate 60. No fryer.

Togo's nutrition guide is calories and allergen tags with no ingredient statements, but it does publish per-sandwich component lists, and that is enough to trace the dressings back to their supplier. Togo's uses Ken's Foods products, and Ken's publishes verbatim ingredient text for its foodservice SKUs. Their Scratch Style Buttermilk Ranch 3079 is an exact match to Ken's KE3079, which is soybean oil based and also carries MSG, propylene glycol alginate and EDTA. Their Special Caesar matches KE0728, which contains Polysorbate 60. All eight Ken's mayo SKUs are soybean oil based, and mayo appears on 48 of their 185 dishes; about 94 of 185 dishes touch a Ken's seed oil product one way or another. There is no fryer mentioned anywhere in either source, which is a genuine point in their favour for a sandwich shop.
