Slim Chickens states on its own site that it only uses soybean oil in its kitchen, and its allergen guide flags 63 of 116 items as containing soybean oil - including every dressing and sauce, the cold sides, and even the grilled tender. The items without it are nearly all drinks.
Slim Chickens says it outright on its own site: "We only use trans-fat-free soybean oil, and do not use peanut oil in our kitchen." Their allergen table then carries a footnote reading "Soy* = Soybean oil only", and 63 of the 116 items listed are flagged that way. The 37 items with no soy flag at all are almost entirely fountain drinks, teas, milkshakes and juice - so among the actual food, soybean oil is close to everywhere. It is not just the fried stuff either: every dressing and sauce they list carries it (Ranch, Blue Cheese, Balsamic, Honey Mustard, Lite Italian, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Slim Sauce), as do the coleslaw, potato salad and mac and cheese, and even the Grilled Tender and the Garden Salad Tray. No seed-oil-free option is offered. I could not score additives - they publish no ingredient statements at all.
