Red Lobster Guest Relations confirmed by email that its restaurants cook in seed oil blends including soybean, canola and sunflower oil, and that a guest can ask for an item to be made with real butter instead. No per-item ingredient statements exist, so additives, plastics and processing are left unrated rather than guessed.
Rated 2026-09-01 on seed_oil ONLY, from a direct reply by Red Lobster Guest Relations (Tammy, 2026-08-28, after our question of 2026-08-25 and follow-up of 2026-08-28). Verbatim: "Our restaurants use many seed oil blends including soybean, canola and sunflower oil. You may request for an item to be made with real butter in lieu of the oil blends." Scored amount=all because by their own account the seed oil blends are the default cooking fat across the restaurants, and swap=yes because butter in place of the oil blend is offered on request - that bump is the only reason this is not a 0. Additives and nova are deliberately NULL: Red Lobster publishes no ingredient statements (redlobster.com/menu/nutrition and the 407 KB allergen guide are calories and allergen grids), and they gave none. Plastics NULL - Red Lobster is not in the plasticlist.org dataset.
