Pei Wei's own site lists calories and allergens but no ingredient statements, so this rating comes from the EveryBite platform, where soybean or canola oil is named in 70 of the 88 dishes that carry any ingredient list at all. Additives could not be judged because the branded sauces and proteins in that feed are never broken down further.
