MOD publishes a comprehensive ingredient list on its own site and the everyday build - red sauce, mozzarella, the meats and about twenty-five vegetables - reads clean, with seed oils confined to the cauliflower and gluten-friendly crusts, the creamy dressings, the croutons and the desserts. The catch is that the three standard wheat crusts publish no ingredient statement at all, so the most-eaten component on the menu is unverified.
Rated from MOD's own allergen/ingredient page (modpizza.com/allergen, updated July 2026, read 2026-08-25). 87 items listed, 78 of them carry an ingredient statement. Seed oils: 21 of 78. Cauliflower crust lists Canola Oil plus Fully Hydrogenated Soybean/Palm/Cottonseed Oils, the gluten-friendly crust the same; ranch, sriracha ranch, creamy alfredo, caesar and champagne vinaigrette all list Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Canola); plant-based cheese is safflower; croutons and the scrambled egg are sunflower; the spicy tomato sauce carries sunflower seed oil through its calabrian chilis. Clean: the tomato sauce, 100% extra virgin olive oil, garlic rub, all six cheeses, all seven meats and every vegetable. THE GAP: small (thin 6-inch), regular (thin 11-inch) and thick crust (11-inch) publish no ingredient text at all, so the most-eaten component is unverified. Additives: 28 of 78.
