Mendocino Farms reads as a scratch kitchen but its own 52-page ingredient list shows a seed oil in 44 of 46 menu items, driven by one bought-in soybean-oil mayonnaise and a canola or palm blend in every bread. Half the menu also carries a hard additive, most often calcium disodium EDTA.
Rated 2026-08-28 from Mendocino Farms' own "INGREDIENTS LIST Feb 2026", 52 pages, 881,561 bytes, at https://contact.mendocinofarms.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Ingredient-ListNutritionals-Feb2026_1.16.pdf - full sub-ingredient statements for every component of every build. FINDING THE DOCUMENT IS THE WHOLE TRICK. Their FAQ actively misleads: "Our full ingredient list is available at every restaurant location upon request", and the nutrition PDF it links contains the string "oil" zero times. The real file sits on their legacy WordPress host, unlinked from the current site, and was found through the open wp-json/wp/v2/media endpoint. Seed oils: 44 of 46 items. Scored "all": the only two without are the BBQ Chicken & Gouda and Italian Prosciutto & Fig catering cocktail sandwiches, so no ordinary menu item avoids one. Additives: 24 of 46 carry a hard additive.
