Every Marco's crust contains a seed oil, but the crusts themselves are additive free and both pizza sauces read completely clean, which is rare for a pizza chain.
Marco's publishes ingredient statements for its menu through its own ingredient search. Of 253 food components, 118 contain a named seed oil and 129 contain an additive from our watchlist. Every crust fails on oil: Classic Dough, Original Crust in all sizes and Thin Crust all list a seed oil, so no pizza avoids it. Additives are the better half of the story. The crusts themselves are additive free, and both the Signature Pizza Sauce and the Pizza Sauce Cup read completely clean with neither a seed oil nor an additive, which is unusual for a pizza chain. The Classic Pepperoni is where most of the additives come in. Dough made in store daily is the strongest thing they have going.
