Fazoli's does not publish ingredient statements, but their own recipe build-sheets show that the base cooked-pasta prep contains a component named Vetura Foods Master Chef Soybean Oil, and cooked pasta sits under essentially every pasta entree on the menu. Nothing else could be judged: the system carries component names and allergen flags rather than ingredient lists, so additives and how premade the food is are both left unrated.
Rated 2026-09-06 on seed_oil ONLY, from Fazoli's own CertiStar/MenuStar recipe build-sheets, reached through the allergen widget on fazolis.com/nutrition/. Two independent runs read the same document and agree. The base prep "Pasta, Cooked (VEG)" contains a component literally named "Vetura Foods Master Chef Soybean Oil" - cooked pasta is the spine of a pasta chain's menu, so the soybean oil reaches essentially every pasta main. Tracing the 162 readable build-sheets transitively it appears in 19 recipes; that 19 is a FLOOR, because the 142 image-carrying recipes (the regular single-serve entrees) cannot be rendered and are built on the same base. Confidence 0.5, not higher: this is a first-party internal recipe document I read, not a public statement. additives, nova and plastics are all NULL - the system carries component NAMES plus allergen flags and the word "ingredient" appears nowhere in it, so there is nothing to count.
