Chopt answered by email with an explicit list of the sixteen menu items and choppings that contain seed oils - both soups, the wraps, the croutons, the pita and tortilla chips, the falafel, the hummus, the panko fried chicken and the crispy toppings - while confirming that the Yogurt Dill and Honey Dijon dressings use extra virgin olive oil and the pantry dressings are seed-oil free. A plain salad with a pantry dressing can be built clean here, so this is a some rather than an all.
Rated 2026-09-01 on seed_oil ONLY, from a reply by Rachel Kilpeck, Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Founders Table Restaurant Group (2026-09-01) to our 2026-08-28 question. She named exactly which items contain seed oils, verbatim: "Our Yogurt Dill and Honey Dijon dressings contain Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but no seed oils. Additionally, all of our pantry dressings (EVOO, lemon juice, vinegars) are safe. The following menu items and choppings CONTAIN seed oils: Tomato Soup Chicken Soup Whole Wheat Wraps Protein Wraps Chicken Tinga Panko Fried Chicken Hummus Falafel Crispy Shallots Pita Chips Crispy Wontons Dried Cranberries Artisan Croutons Tortilla Chips Mama Lil's Spicy Peppers Simpli Olives." amount=some: 16 named items are affected, but the dressings are clean and a base salad can be built without any of them. swap=unsure - not asked, not offered. Additives and nova NULL, no ingredient statements exist. Plastics NULL - not in plasticlist.org.
